The Partner Serwis workshops perform repairs of oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, autotransformers, rectifier transformers for powering thyristor devices and other custom made transformers.
Parameters of repaired transformers are limited to power of 5MVA and voltage of 10,5kV (for rectifier teintransformers voltage to be determined).
The offered scope of servicing and repairs of transformers includes:
- complete overhauls,
- medium level overhauls,
- running inspection.
The repairs can include the following activities:
- core repair,
- full diagnostics witth oil diagnostics,
- production of coils in insulation class F or H,
- transformers’ rewinding also using the VPI technology,
- construction and regeneration of mechanical parts of the transformer,
- supplying the spare parts,
- repairs and servicing the transformer’s fittings,
- repairs of tap switches,
- regeneration of transformer oil,
- PCB recycling,
- technical consulting.
Samples of oil are examined in laboratory, where checking the oil parameters for compatibility with current technical standards is possible.
A knowledge of above-mentioned parameters along with the results of insulation and resistance measurements
allow to issue the overall evaluation of technical condition of the transformer and oil used.
The full report from examination is the basis for planning next activities connected with maintaining the transformer in its full technical efficiency.
