The workshops belonging to Partner Serwis are qualified to provide repair and maintenance services for wide range of electrical machines in classes F and H, power range up to 10MVA and voltage up to 1,5kV for direct current and 10,5kV for alternating current. It can operate commutators, annular and custom made machines.
Apart from servicing and repairs of such machines, the company offers repairs and service of electronic or electrical devices, which are integral part of it.
It provides to the client the possibility of extensive repair in one workshop, and within the one freelance agreement. It is also possible to make a repair in the place of installation – object service. Additionally, we offer a transport service, disassembly and assembly, adjusting with use of laser equipment and also full diagnostics of renovated machines.
The offered scope of servicing and repair of electrical machines includes:
- complete overhauls,
- medium level overhauls and periodic inspections.
The repairs can include following activities:
- package checking and repairs,
- full diagnostics of engines with switching node diagnostics,
- depostion welding, processing, legalization and replacement of shafts,
- moulding and processing of bearings,
- bearing replacement,
- production of coils in insulation class of F or H,
- machines’ rewinding,
- repairs and production of commutators and sliding rings,
- construction and repair of engine’s mechanical parts,
- static and dynamic balance,
- spare parts delivery,
- repairs and servicing of powering devices,
- technical consulting.
After performing a repair, the full receiving tests are conducted, including the test of insulating system endurance and diagnostics tests of bearing units. Obtained data, including the process documentation are stored in the archive of Partner Serwis.
Partner Serwis performs servicing and repairs of machines installed in gas-hazardous zones in chemical industry, mining industry and others. In order to lower the amount of failures in these zones, regular servicing and inspections are offered normally. They are performed by experienced and qualified workers, using the vibroacoustic and infrared diagnostics equipment.
Partner Serwis performs inspections of machines according to prepared schedule. Properly and regularly conducted inspections of machines on their stand allows to avoid expensive failures and stoppages, and also increase working safety.
