SCHARMANN HEAVYCUT 4.2 (year 2007)

The object of modernization was a boring machine equipped with rotary feed table. Replacement of SINUMERIK 8 control system by SINUMERIK 840D Power Line as well as SIMODRIVE 270 drives by SIMODRIVE 611D and SIMOREG DC MASTER. We used distributed inlets and outlets based on Profibus DP and implemented functions of INTEGRATED SAFETY.

TAURUS 3F (year 2009)

The object of modernization was a coordinate measuring milling and drilling machine with the stock of tools and additional rotary indexing table. Replacement of SINUMERIK 880 control system by SINUMERIK 840D Power Line as well as SIMODRIVE 650 and 610 by SIMODRIVE 611D.
