In case of malfunction of one of the drives or
troublesome faultiness of the entire driveline system caused by the excessive
wear of its elements it is possible to retrofit one or more driveline systems
without alternating the existing ones.
Our exemplary projects regarding the modernization of
driveline system:
- Defum WFS-130 boring machine (year 2006) – replacement
of not manufactured main drive SIMODRIVE 660 converter by SIMODRIVE 611U
- Schiess Rapid 7 boring machine (year 2007) -
replacement of all not manufactured SIMODRIVE 610 convertersby SIMODRIVE 611U and 1FT5 motors by 1FT6.
- Rafamet KCH 500 turning lathe (year 2008) - replacement of one not manufactured
SIMODRIVE 270 converter (bar and drift drive ) by two separate SIMODRIVE 611U
converters together with 600VDC indirect feeding of remaining SIMODRIVE 611A
drives
- Waldrich Coburg TAPS machining centre (year 2008) -
replacement of not manufactured SIMODRIVE 660 converter by SIMODRIVE 611
