The object of modernization was a turning lathe equipped with spindles and C axis table positioning.
Replacement of Mitsubishi control system in Korean language version by SINUMERIK 802D sl control system as well as YASKAWA drives by SINAMICS S120 drives.

SCHIESS 50DZ (year 2009)

The object of modernization was a turning lathe with table diameter of 5000 mm equipped with stock of heads.
Replacement of NUM 760T control system by SINUMERIK 840D Power Line as well as SIMODRIVE 610 and 270 drives by SIMODRIVE 611D and SIMOREG DC MASTER. We used distributed inlets and outlets based on Profibus DP and implemented functions of INTEGRATED SAFETY.

KCH250 (year 2010)

The object of modernization was a turning lathe with table diameter of 2500 mm equipped with stock of heads and spindles and C axis table positioning.
Replacement of SINUMERIK 880 control system by SINUMERIK 840D Power Line as well as SIMODRIVE 660, 610 and 270 drives by SIMODRIVE 611D and SIMOREG DC MASTER.
