PRODUCTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
– EFFICIENT PRODUCTION PROCESS

In most cases during the production process the manufactured elements and subassemblies should be cooled before entering the next stage of production. In addition, cooling liquids such as water, lubricants and emulsions also require their parameters being kept at a correct level. Modern technologies concerning industrial refrigeration allows for accurate temperature measuring and adjustment of the conditions set by the user. The scope of our operation is presented on a diagram.
Properly selected cooling device or refrigerating system has a significant influence on the improvement of the production process efficiency. Effective cooling of the electrical cubicles and steering units contributes to the service life extension of automatic elements and reduces the risk of damage. The control of cooling liquids such as water and lubricants significantly reduces the risk of their deterioration and extends the replacement time. Maintaining the proper temperature and humidity level of production buildings and laboratory premises during the warm months results in providing the best conditions for given production process.
The process of implementation of new refrigerating system is always preceded by the determination of essential parameters which are to be obtained after its installation and start up. By designing a refrigerating system it is important to determine its operating conditions and check the capacity of the assembly. Devices are always transported from the manufacturer to the assembly location. After the start up and first diagnosis of the refrigerating system the complete as-built documentation and user manuals must be submitted.
