Partner Serwis Company has been established under the restructuring of ABB Company which is the international combine offering its clients the entire production/services package regarding the automatics and power engineering. The ABB combine was able to be successfully operated by taking charge between the years 1997 -1999 over several electrical workshops belonging to large industrial plants.
The numerous restructuring processes of ABB across Poland between the years 1999 -2003 allowed for the establishment of two large companies: ABB Serwis [Polish main branch] and ABB HK Serwis [Dąbrowa Górnicza business agency mainly supporting the Huta Katowice steelworks]. In 2003 subsequent restructuring processes triggered the establishment of Grupa Partner Sp. z o.o. company which took the charge over two servicing co-partnerships: Partner Serwis and Partner Elektra. Furthermore in 2009, the Partner Serwis Company acquired the shares of T-System Projekt – Łódź, which offers the complex solutions regarding the drive systems, mechatronics, automatics and safety of the industrial equipment.
Since 2009 the company has implemented the strategy of development in the scope of the business consolidation. Consequently, after the acquisition of the remaining shares of Partner Elektra from Mittal Steel Polska on March the first 2010 both companies, namely, Partner Serwis and Partner Elektra started sharing the same logo - Partner Serwis Sp. z o.o. During the first half-year of 2010 the company is planning to end up the process of joining the T-Sytstem Projekt company to the structure of co-partnership.
The long-term objective of the planned fusion is the improvement of the service offer of the company based on introducing the specialist services with the use of collective structures as well as reduction of operating costs and capital concentration.
Currently, Partner Serwis Sp. z o.o. company controls eight business agencies in: Legnica, Głogów, Wrocław, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Kwidzyn, Łódź, Elbląg i Olsztyn – which provide industrial repair and maintenance services and employ up to 460 workers. The Partner Serwis company also has the sale offices in Gdańsk and Poznań.
