Cleaning (including ultrasound clearing) of converters, programmable logic controllers and other apparatus installed in control cabinets, and the control cabinet itself, including its equipment. Exchange of wearable elements, like ventilators, electrolytic capacitators’ and UPS accumulators’ batteries.
Assembly of additional equipment, allowing to comply electromagnetic compatibility requirements, increase of overvoltage and short supply voltage decays. UPS assembly, starting or modification of industrial communication system (Profibus DP, light pipe connection etc.) Use of new type of control module and functional cards.
Assembly or replacemnt of cooling and anticondensational heating of control cabinets. Improvement of cooling air circulation (changes in devices’ location). Thermovision examinations.
Analysis, translation and supplementation of technical documentation of the machines, devices and production lines. Archivization of programmable logic controllers’ and converters settings’ programmes, and also other programmable devices.
Extensive or single replacements of power transmission devices, controllers, operators’ control panels and other apparatus which consider constructors’ production plans (withdraw of the devices from sale), that is technological progress, carried out in proper time. Old devices can be utilized or regenerated, supplying spare parts.
Performing of electric quantities’ measurements (for example converting devices’ anti-electric shock protection), mechanical (for example vibrations of power transmission systems), acoustic, lighting and industrial objects’ temperatures, supply networks (for example content of current and voltage higher harmonics) and communication (for example Profibus DP), production lines, machines and devices.
Analysis and modification of parameters of converters, PLC technological programmes and protection to improve working featurs of control systems, drives and machines’ security.
Constant service in specific production lines or whole plants, connected with spare parts storehouse and specific service response time. Stocktaking and periodical diagnostics of individual devices and established services price list.
Gratuitous, factual phone information for the Customers, during the office’s working time, within above-mentioned scope of technical services.
